Lofritex: a software studio built on client work
Company-reported: 50+ projects, 10+ members, 4+ countries; Manage Matey ERP grew from client work.
At a glance
Lofritex IT Solutions LLP is a custom software and ERP studio in Kozhikode, Kerala, incorporated on 19 July 2024. I lead it as CEO and one of its founders. We build web, mobile and ERP software for clients in India, Saudi Arabia, Sweden and Dubai, plus our own Manage Matey ERP.
Why Lofritex exists
Lofritex is the older of my two companies. The name stands for our core values, Loyalty, Friendship, Technology and Expertise, and our tagline is “Your Vision. Our Expertise.”
Our work is software shaped around how a client already works. “Tailored solutions, not templates” is the first benefit on our services page, and we take projects from concept to launch.
We also try to keep what we ship light. Everything online consumes energy, so we build lean and target performance scores of 90 and above.
What we build
Our services page lists nine services:
- AI and machine learning solutions
- Custom software development
- Mobile apps for Android and iOS
- Web development
- ERP solutions
- Payroll software
- Inventory management software
- Cloud and system integration
- Sustainable, carbon-conscious technology
Our quote form also takes requests for UI/UX design and branding.
Manage Matey ERP
Manage Matey is our own ERP product, at managematey.com. It brings CRM, HRM, billing, finance, orders and inventory into one system.
It grew out of client work. For a contractor in Saudi Arabia, we built an ERP covering employee management, mobilisation tracking, purchase orders, invoices and quotations. Our three-part series on that project, posted on our LinkedIn page, ends with the system becoming the core of Manage Matey.
Selected client work
Our site reports 50+ projects, 10+ members and 4+ countries. These are four pieces of client work we have shown publicly:
- Mitee Interiors, India. We designed and developed the Astro website for this interior studio in Pune and Calicut. Its footer credits Lofritex, and the source code is public on our GitHub.
- Gear Monkey. We built a webpage for Gear Monkey in TypeScript in mid-2025, and the repository is public. Gear Monkey also appears among the companies on our homepage.
- An automotive client in Sweden. We did branding and website work for a Swedish automotive client and shared the project as a series on our LinkedIn page.
- A fintech app in India. We built an app for an Indian fintech client and told that story on LinkedIn.
How we use AI
In April 2026 I wrote AI Isn’t a Shortcut, It’s Our 11th Team Member for the Lofritex blog. The post describes us as a lean team of 10 and treats AI as the eleventh member rather than a shortcut. It sets out four habits:
- Loud AI. Share the prompts you use. If I use a prompt to refactor code or summarise a client’s messy requirements, I share that prompt.
- Radical data hygiene. Clean input, reliable output.
- Method sharing over status meetings. We cut status-update meetings and share methods instead.
- Fix-it Fridays, the AI edition. Once a month we hold a 90-minute session, and we leave the room with a fix, not a to-do list.
How I direct coding agents myself is on my About page.
My role
I am Lofritex’s CEO and one of its founders. Shibin Rasheed is also a founder, and Nandu Krishna T is our CTO and co-founder. Sayooj V P and Adarsh V are software engineers, and Mitha is our Creative Head.
I mentor at the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell of College of Engineering Vadakara, which lists Lofritex among its entrepreneurship initiatives. Since October 2025 I have run Txtudio as well, a separate product company, while Lofritex continues its client work.
