Txtudio: software for the work that can't go wrong

Txtudio Coretech Private Limited is a product company in Kozhikode, Kerala, incorporated on 31 October 2025. I founded it with Arun Rajanikanth and Devang C V and lead it as CEO and Managing Director. We build four products: Workeron, a business suite for HR, CRM, project management, marketing and forms; Snaptiqz for event ticketing; DoYourDesign for interior design studios; and the Audit Management Solution for Indian banks.
Why Txtudio exists
Txtudio started with events, then moved into HR, interior design studios and bank audit. The work began before the company did: our GitHub organisation was created in May 2025 and snaptiqz.com was registered in July 2025.
Our About page calls each of these areas operational work that “runs on spreadsheets and goodwill until someone builds it properly”. The site names what three of the products replace:
- Workeron replaces registers, sheets and WhatsApp groups.
- Snaptiqz replaces Google Forms, cash counters and paper lists.
- The Audit Management Solution replaces paper audit files, spreadsheets and emailed compliance.
Our tagline sums it up: software for the work that can’t go wrong. What we build is often the record someone else will check. So it has to show where a number came from and who changed it.
Four products, one standard
Each product does one job well, for one kind of team. We would rather go deep on one kind of work than cover every kind of work thinly. The standard the products share is written down as four principles:
- Focused products. One job, one kind of team.
- Scoped by role. Everyone sees exactly what their role allows, and nothing more.
- Built to be audited. Actions are logged, data has lineage and access is deliberate.
- Made in Kozhikode, used everywhere. All four products are built and supported by our team in Kozhikode.

Workeron Suite
Workeron is a business suite: HRM, CRM, project management, marketing and forms, several business products on one sign-in, for anything from a single office to many branches. In its HRM, attendance is geo-fenced, so staff can check in only inside their branch’s fence. Leave and approvals, worklogs, a document vault with expiry tracking and reports complete the HR side.

Snaptiqz
Snaptiqz is our event ticketing and QR check-in platform, and it was our first product line. Organisers sell free or paid tickets, run registration forms with approvals and check people in with a phone as the scanner. One account also covers email and WhatsApp campaigns, a payouts ledger and certificates for checked-in attendees.
- Built for: event organisers, from educational institutions and student communities to professional associations, corporates, conference and cultural organisers, non-profits, and sports and competition organisers.

DoYourDesign
DoYourDesign runs an interior design studio from one place. Its nine modules include projects, snags, site visits, milestones, a material library, ledger and margins, and quotations and invoices. Every project moves through four stages: Design, Execution, Handover and Completed.
- Built for: interior design studios in India, from a principal designer with a small team to multi-site studios.
- On record: quotations and GST invoices apply CGST and SGST or IGST by place of supply, under GST Regular or Composition.

Audit Management Solution
The Audit Management Solution is on-premise internal audit software for Indian banks. It handles risk-based internal audit (RBIA) alongside concurrent, statutory, IS and credit audits, plus offsite monitoring and optional AML transaction monitoring. Each bank gets its own install, with no shared tenancy.
- Built for: internal audit, risk and compliance teams at scheduled commercial, co-operative, small finance and regional rural banks, and at PACS and co-operative societies.
- On record: a read-only connector reads the bank’s core banking system and never writes to it, and the interface is in English and Malayalam.

Recognition
Txtudio is recognised under Kerala Startup Mission’s startup programme and by Startup India (DPIIT). Our Kerala Startup Mission listing names me as founder, with Arun Rajanikanth and Devang C V as co-founders.
My role
I am Txtudio’s founder and CEO, and I have been its Managing Director since incorporation on 31 October 2025. Arun Rajanikanth is a co-founder and director. Devang C V is a co-founder and our Chief Operating Officer.
We are a small team, and the products are built and supported by that team in Kozhikode. Txtudio is my second company: Lofritex, founded in 2024, builds custom software and ERP for clients, while Txtudio builds its own products.
As an engineer, I plan before I build, direct AI coding agents and ask for file-and-line evidence before accepting a security finding. My About page explains how that works in practice.
What comes next
Txtudio turned one on 31 October 2026. Payroll is coming to Workeron: txtudio.com lists it as coming soon, with a waitlist open. Workeron’s own site also lists an iOS version of the HRM app, and CRM apps for Android and iOS, as coming soon.
